Linking breathing to movement, the class will move through various postures that help to stretch and strengthen your muscles, improve balance and calm the mind. Please bring a yoga mat, water and an open mind.
In celebration of Earth Day, the Friends of Farmington are hosting a 2 day, eco-friendly art show. Each artists’ work is consisted of AT LEAST 70% recycled material.

Our vision is to provide a place within the community to propel economic development with job skill training and resume writing,and foster small business by providing affordable incubator space. In addition, we will support our friends in Recovery by providing space for meetings and peer support.
