In addition to Amy being on site one day a month, in Farmington, she is also available to work with local businesses on a regular basis via email, phone, zoom meetings, and more.
Linking breathing to movement, the class will move through various postures that help to stretch and strengthen your muscles, improve balance and calm the mind. Please bring a yoga mat, water and an open mind.
